At NovoMock AI, we take your privacy seriously. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We collect your email address, profile name, and profile picture provided by Google authentication. We also temporarily process audio data to conduct AI interviews, which is not stored permanently.
Your information is used strictly to provide and improve the mock interview experience, generate feedback reports, and process payments securely via Razorpay.
We use Firebase for authentication and database storage, Deepseek/Google Gemini for AI processing, and Razorpay for payments. We do not sell your data to any third party.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. To do this, open the NovoMock app, go to your Profile page, and click on Delete Account.
