1. Cancellations

NovoMock AI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system rather than a recurring subscription. Therefore, there are no subscriptions to cancel.

2. Refunds

Since credits are delivered immediately to your account upon a successful transaction, all purchases are generally final and non-refundable.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in the following scenarios:

  • A technical error resulted in a duplicate charge.
  • Credits were not credited to your account due to a system failure, and you choose not to receive the credits.

To request a refund for an eligible technical issue, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
